HOW TO QUIT SMOKING.

Smoking is one of the health challenging addict that most people involve them self, this character can endanger the life of such individual
While some are trying hard to stop smoking. Smoking tobacco is both a physical addiction and a psychological habit. The nicotine from cigarettes provides a temporary—and addictive—high. Eliminating that regular fix of nicotine will cause your body to experience physical withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Because of nicotine’s “feel good” effect on the brain, you may also have become accustomed to smoking as a way of coping with stress, depression, anxiety, or even boredom.
At the same time, the act of smoking is ingrained as a daily ritual. It may be an automatic response for you to smoke a cigarette with your morning coffee, while taking a break from work or school, or during your commute home at the end of a long day. Perhaps friends, family members, and colleagues smoke, and it has become part of the way you relate with them.
To successfully quit smoking, you’ll need to address both the addiction and the habits and routines that go along with it. Maybe you  have consulted friends and search for solution but yet to no avail, this addiction is a very strong habit to avoid but today I will hit some major key points to help you quit smoking.

1.MINDSET.
The first step to quit smoking is to first decide, make that decision to stop smoking and concentrate on it, when you make this decision, you are a step away to achieve it than another guy who haven't decide yet, because the decision will help you to obtain success throughout this tips.

2.REMOVE THE NUMBER OF TOBACCO INTAKE.
Reducing the amount of tobacco intake can help a long way to achieve it, how many cigarettes do you take a day 5,10, 15, now being to reduce it, provided you are smoking 10 per day you can choose to be smoking 8 per day, 7, 6, 5 and the gradually you will reduce to one, then time will tell as you do this gradually.


3.REMOVE TOBACCO PRODUCT FROM AROUND YOUR HOME, CAR AND OFFICE.
Throw away all of your cigarettes lighters, ashtrays, and matches. Wash your clothes and freshen up anything that smells like smoke. Shampoo your car, clean your drapes and carpet, and steam your furniture.

4.AVOID INFLUENTIAL FRIENDS.
Maybe you got addicted to smoking through your
friends and it now to quit, do you think you can quit easily without first do away with friends that cause you to smoke, some tell you all manner of lies why you should smoke, though it is not easy but if you think you can remain with them without going back to smoking, it is OK.

5.SEEK COUNSELING.
It is advice able to seek counselling from expert on how to quit and also how to maintain the stand when you quit smoking because it might affect you psychological, thus counseling will help to to overcome those feelings,
